I cant tell you the last time I was really excited about doing something that was going to whip my ass.
As Eminem says-
‘Look, if you had one shot, and one opportunity

For two summers I’ve let it slip by, and I thought for good too… but I guess I’ve got one more and I really cant see myself doing anything else this summer other than doin that corp thing. Its going to make me stronger as a player and healthier than I have been in years.

After what Ive given up these last few summers (all basically for nothing) Im taking my last summer of eligibility and doing what I want for once, no one will take this away from me.

I will spend the rest of my life, day by day, doing one thing- proving that everyone who’s said- that I cant do something; that I wont do something; that I wasn’t good enough; that passed over me; that try to hold me down; that chose someone else- that they were wrong and made the wrong choice. Not by being malicious- but by being who I am and being successful. Its all about the attitude.

So I dont know if anyone has seen the new Wendy’s commercial where they proclaim they dont freeze their hamburger patties, but as I found out tonight- they’re full of shit.

Or at least the Caldwell Wendy’s is.

The Caldwell Wendy’s freezer is just beyond their drive-thru window and as I’ve pulled up and paid for my meal I watch one of their crew members come out of the freezer carrying a bag of frozen hamburger patties in one hand and a bag of frozen chicken patties in the other. Now if thats not ‘getting caught with your hand in the cookie jar’ I dont know what is.

I havent done this in a while but I want to say this- Wendy’s… you are On Notice! Im calling you out on your bullishit.

Warning… Fat Girls in Short Skirts On Notice!!!

Just so it doesnt seem like Im picking on teachers and students all the time i decided to put another group of people on notice last night. Now from a guys persepective… seeing a girl in as short short skirlt is rather eye-catching I guess you could say. But not always for the right reason! I know last night was a friday and you all want to have fun and look seductive and appealing but I will say this- some girls should never wear a short skirts. You know- the ones that barely cover the ass and expose all the leg? Now the girls Im talking about arent the ones that have a little something on their bones because to me, Id rather have a girl I can hold and not feel like Im holding a pencil (most guys are the same way)… the girls Im talking about are the one's on the extremely far end of the scale that their wardrobe for the most part just consists of sweatpants and BIG tee-shirts on a daily basis. Short Skirts are a NO! for you. Why in the world would you want to put yourself in a dress that barely covers your ass and looks like too big ass chicken leg drumsticks are coming out the bottom of it? And of course they have the low cut shirt to show off their second greatest "assest" thinking that makes the short skirt actually look good…. sorry… NO! it doesnt and Stop Dressing like the Skinny and Normal sized girls thinking you will fit in… *News Flash* You Stand Out! -Dee Dee Dee-. Every girl has her style to look sexy- Fat Girls… your style is not the everyone else's style. Thats all I have to say… Fat Girls that wear Short Skirts- You… are now on Notice!

On Notice: Teachers that Cant Teach!

First off… this is a general appology to all High Schoolers for bursting your bubble, i was just tired of hearing about how everyone needs a boyfriend or watching at least a dozen girls from my old high school alone think they’re ready to take care of a kid at the age of 17. I was not aiming at Nampa alone, infact the target was about a 6 year span from 2000 to 2006. Chas- Im sorry if it felt like I dropped the hammer on you.
So now… To prove I wasnt just picking on High schoolers- Here’s the next set of people Im putting on notice- English teachers (and teachers in general) that get paid to teach, BUT CANT TEACH!
Yes, you can give a piece of paper that says everything we’re going to do this semester, but for as long as you have been teaching you should know by now- that students for the most part (in college and in high school) do not look at this piece of paper!
I know you can say its a students choice weither or not to read it or fail, well- You’re not getting paid to fail students! You are getting paid to teach and help students. I agree that the student (especially in college) should shoulder a lot of the resposiblity, but!… it is not your job to sit back and watch, it is your job it instruct the class, they call you an instructor for a reason. *Dee Dee Dee*
I dont believe its a teachers job to give a student “the skinny”. And what I mean by that is to tell them straight up that you suck as a student (and before I get a critic telling me this doesnt happen, Yes! it does) and shouldnt even attempt the final because you wont pass the final and you wont pass the class.
I know that as a teacher and a professor they dont pay you enough to care about your students, but then why the hell are you teaching in the first place? Its obviously not the monitary reward and if its not the psychological reward then there’s no point to be a teacher.

On Notice: Love Struck/Smart Ass High Schoolers!

*Note- This applys only to Stupid High Schoolers*

High Schoolers think they're so smart and mature… maybe as far as High Schoolers go you are, but wait till you get out into the world and you'll realize all the stuff you really dont know. As the song says "Back when you're young enough, young enough to know it all". So far in the world you've lived you know it all, but in two or three years when you're out of school and in college or in the work force or raising a family, you'll realize your not as smart as you thought you were or as ready as you think you are today. Here's what I want you to do… in two or three years look back on this moment in your life and I guarentee you will see it in a different light then you are now. No matter how indipendant you are- You are Sheltered and get over yourself!
One more thing… High School "loves" and relationships will never work out. I hate to burst your bubble and deflate your tire but the reality is, High School relationships are just that- High School Relationships, not life long relationships that last forever. You can listen to me or you can find out for yourself. You may think Im wrong… but give it two or three years from now and tell me Im wrong. I want people to prove me wrong here, but I doubt most of you High Schoolers will. Im glad that people still believe that young true love can exist, but if you have a signifigant other because you think you need one in High School to survive, or be important, or be cool, or whatever the reason, then you're in a relationship for all the wrong reasons.

So through all that crap this is what Im trying to say in a short, sweet, sentance- For as much as you think you know, and as mature as you think you are, you are Ignorant and learn how to take a Joke!
